Right now I am studying architecture, this is my second year and the carreer I liked it, but really I have not think very much about if I want go on studying, I don´t know yet, I'm not sure, I think I will make that decision in the future. One time I finish my studies or when I finish my career, maybe I would like start to work inmediatly, however if I changed my mind I would like to specialize on public space. One of reason to do this course is I am very interested about this topic, and in my opinion there is lack of quality public spaces in real Chile, so I would like to be a contribution to the chilean society. I want go on studying in Chile specifically in the Universidad de Chile, because this is one of the best universities in Latin America and I feel comfortable here. And regard to how I would like to study, I prefer be studying on a part time course, beacuse it is most easy if I want study and work to sametime. Also, if I work and study to sametime I could pay the course

Well, there are many things that I want do in the future, one is I become an architect. I can't see clearly my future yet, but I don't want locked inside an office working something routine, I'm sure about that, so I want finish my university's major for working in something with relation to architecture. I would like works in colaboration with the Chile State for public projects like parks, markets, public spaces, maybe urbanistic things, and improve the quality live of people througth the architecture. Too, I would like design and build social blocks of high quality, by the way of great economic diferences present on my country.  On the other hand, in the international area,  I would like design football stadiums, because I'm a fan and I enjoy so much watching and playing football, that is very interesting for me. For that one of my many goals is contribute in the building stadiums for the great FIFA World Cup.  I hope manage all this things in the future and

I like some TV series as Stranger Things, The Walking Dead, Friends, Prince of Bell Air, etc, but my favorite TV show is Game of Thrones. Game of Thrones is set in a similar age at the Middle Ages and talk about the fight for "the throne of the seven kingdoms". It has great characters, and they develop along with the story. My favorite character is "John Snow", he is a bastard, he was born in Winterfell in the north. John live many things since fight with "people dead", the Night Walker, giants until even die and then revive. My favorite episode is called "Battle of the Bastards" (nineth episode, season 6), It was a battle betwen John's army vs Ramsay's army. On that episode there are many blood, fights, tension and suspense where John Snow win having everything against. It TV show is very entertaining and is one of the best TV series of the history. For begin I have three best friends, they are like my brothers. The name of first is Javier, how I said, he is practically my bro. I met he when we were a kids, I don't remember how years old we were, maybe we were one year, I don't know but we were very little. He lived opposite at my house, we were neighbors and every afternoon we left to play to the street with other kids even my real brothers. When we grow up, we went to many partys on the neighborhood together. All changed when he went to live to Viña del Mar, today we hardly see. My others best friends, I met them at the school. We were 8 and we played football on the breaks, also we worked together in the any homeworks. To they I see every weekend, when we go to the clubs or when we go to the match. I consider them my best friends because we can talk about anything and we have a very good time, too they know me for a long time and there are many confidence, loyalty and brotherhood.

Well to start, I have only been to two concert; Bad Bunny concert and Residente (ex Calle 13) concert, both concerts were so good and I enjoied it. The first was The Bad Bunny Concert in The Movistar Arena, It was friday 11th May, 2018. I remember that day I was in class while my friends were waiting open the gates, so when I could get out I went with they.  The concert was fun, Bad Bunny sang all his hits and I knew them. The concert was sold out, so there were many people, I remember that I couldn´t move to anywhere because there was not space.  My second concert was in 26th October, 2018 I went to Movistar Arena too, but this time I went to enjoy The Residente Concert with two friends, It was spectacular. While We waiting the concert start We bought a little pizza and We could sit down on the floor because there were not a lot of people (like Bad Bunny concert). There are many countries I would like to visit, specially in Latin America (I love it), like Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, Cartagena in Colombia, Montevideo in Uruguay, etc. But there is a place that I most want to visit, It is The Caribe, specifically Puerto Rico.  Puerto Rico is a small island located between Dominican Republic and British Virgin Islands, Its administration is associated with United States Government. I would like to visit this country for many reasons, for example for its fascinating caribbean weather, where its average temperature is very warm and comfortable to me; also its beaches are really beautiful; another reason is because I like its culture, it is very interesting for me, talking about its old architecture, the diversity of colours in its buildings, its atractive food and his happy music like salsa or reggaeton and many other styles. HeLlo!, my name is Benjamin Torres, I was born in 2000 so, I'm 19. I´m studing architecture since 2018. Talking about my weaknesses and strengths in the English, I think that my great weakness is the listening in a conversation, because there are people that talk very fast and I can´t understand very much, and my strength maybe is the letters, so write is easiest for me. I hope to enjoy this class, I have good experience in the last class (English 3), so I want to learn English having a great moment.

In this blog I'm going to write about a website called "Plataforma de Arquitectura". I don't visit the website usually, because I prefer to see its posts on Instagram, It is easier and more dynamic, in my opinion. "Plataforma de Arquitectura" is a famous website very visited by people interested in architecture (not necessarily architects), because it has extensive information, like news, interviews and events. I like this website because it is very complete and I can stay informed about anything about architecture. Sometimes when I'm working on a project and I need ideas, I visit the website in search of referents, so it is a very good tool for project design. My favorite section is stadiums and public space too, because they are two topics that I interesting so much, the first for her relation with the football and the sport in general, and the second because I like a lot the urban interventions and the people inside the city.  The website lin

This friday the 14th started a new edition of the Amican's Cup (men's soccer tournament) and Chilean national team is preparing for de competition. Chile, after have won the cup twice and become in the bi-champions of America, the players want to celebrate for third time. The favorites teams for win the cup are Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay, because historically they are the most winning teams and they also have better quality players. I personally want Chile to win, because we have something they don't have, team play, this is what characterizes us and why we have come so far. But also we have important individualities like Arturo Vidal and Alexis Sanchez, they are international level players (the first plays in Football Club Barcelona, Spain, and the second plays in Manchester United Football Club, United Kingdom). So, America and the world of football are ready for another tournament of the highest competition, and everyone is waiting to know who wins. 

This photo maybe isn't meaningful so much, but it have a curious story behind. In the picture appear my two brothers, me and "Negrita",it was our dog for six mounth, we found it one day in a nearby square, it was lost and hungry, so we decided help it and we took it home until his owner showed up. We waited so much, but nobody appeared. Then another problem arose, where will the dog stay? We couldn't keep it, because we had two cats and there wasn't space for a third pet. During six mounth we looked for someone who wanted a dog until one day our aunt agreed to take care of it. "Negrita" was our pet for a short time but we took a lot of love, I remember that it broke anything, it was always very hyperactive, whatever we loved so much. The picture is from the last day it was with us in our house. 

This weekend is the "chilean´s football superclassic", where clash The social and sport club Colo-Colo versus football club Universidad de Chile in a exciting match. As Colo-Colo's fanatic I´m very beholder for it. I would have liked go to National Stadium and I can see the show life, but I don´t have time and I prefer when they plays on Monumental Stadium. This match bring to me remember when my grandfather, my brothers and I watched them on tv 4 years ago. I remember once time a very good game, both teams tied and Felipe Flores (Colo-Colo´s football player) scored a goal in the ultimate minute, we were very happy. I like so much the football and I want to be a great game and I hope Colo-Colo wins, obviously.

When I was 8 maybe 9, my favorite piece of technology was the computer because I could play games as "Pac-man","Counter Strike" or "Bomb It", I was very little. Some years later I'm interested in Play Station, with it I played "Pro Evolution Soccer", "Grand Theft Auto", etc. I never was very fan of this things but sometimes entertained me. Today I admit that my favorite piece of technology is the smartphone, I use it all the time, in my trip to home when I listen music, when I'm taking a shower too, when I'm waiting anything, etc. I use most is social network as Instagram, Whatsapp and YouTube, Its keep me informed about world´s news and also Its keep me communicated with the people I want. Honestly I can´t imagine a world without my cellphone.

When I was a child I didn't know I wanted to do when I become in adult, I just thought about playing. In 2007 my parents registered me in a football's school where learned very much about sport, here I knew that I wanting was football player professional. I had this dream until 2013 probably, later understanded that it wasn't mine. In this same year, I started to focus in the school. I didn't interesting anything, but I knew that should have something, this is Architecture. It wasn´t dificult decide, and until the moment I don't regret it. It is been hard, nights without sleep, evenings without eat and this kind of things. In the future, I want be a good architect, and devote myself to projecting football stadiums.

Hello! I'm Benjamin Torres. I was born on April 26, 2000 Santiago, Chile. This means that I'm a chilean's eighteen years old. I have lived with my parents and my two brothers since ever, I´m the oldest my brothers. I started my student´s age in 2006, I was six years old and I was attending my first years of school in San Pedro School, one year later, my parents change me to Palmares School, where I met to two of my best friends. In 2013 my parents decided change me school again, now to Salesianos Alameda School, I was there until my graduate in 2017. So in 2018 started a new phase in my life, the university life. I entered to study architecture, so I had to stop doing things I like, as practice football each weekend, go to parties with friends, and so much other things. Today I´m in second year of architecture with a little bit more time for my hobbies.
